The society has active, honorary, candidate and associate members. Active members are physicians with certified medical specialty who are practicing endoscopic surgery and other minimally invasive interventional techniques. Honorary members are proclaimed Greek or foreign individuals that either they have offered excellent services to medical science, or they have given a great contribution to the development of the society. Candidate members are elected residents in training with a certified medical license with a special interest for minimally invasive surgical techniques. Associate members are elected infirmary or paramedical staff that they are evidently involved with endoscopic surgery and other interventional techniques..

- Becoming an active member requires sending a copy of your medical specialty qualification and a written support statement from three (3) active HSES members, as reference.
